The Elements Involved in Our Client's Front Yard Renovation

The front yard of our client's property was underwhelming initially, with a lawn and some plants that did nothing for their curb appeal. Our goal was to create a welcoming and visually appealing entrance that would set the tone for the rest of the outdoor space. To achieve this, we installed a xeriscape along the front yard where it ends at the street, featuring landscape rocks, drip irrigation, and a variety of charming, drought-tolerant shrubs and plants. We also incorporated artificial turf as the lawn to provide a lush, green appearance year-round. Not only does this upgraded design minimize the maintenance required for their yard's upkeep, but it also achieves a cohesive, purposefully planned layout.

In addition to the low-maintenance landscaping, we also extended their front concrete patio to create more space for them to spend time outside. This patio was complemented with a wooden pergola that offers shade and rustic charm. Finally, landscape lighting was installed throughout their front yard to enhance its ambiance and extend its usability into the evening.

Our client's backyard had plenty of space, but it wasn't being utilized to the fullest. Initially, it only featured a patchy lawn and a small concrete patio. This portion of the project was extensive, and we spared no effort in creating a luxurious, functional outdoor living space that caters to our client's every need. After clearing the existing vegetation and prepping their yard, we got to work on bringing their vision to fruition!

A compact, plunge-style pool was installed in the center of the yard, and we added artificial turf throughout the surrounding space for lush, low-maintenance greenery, as well as a putting green for a unique, enjoyable activity. We also built a covered patio with an outdoor kitchen at the back entrance of their house, perfect for hosting and outdoor dining. Not only that, but a greenhouse and poolhouse were added as well!

Off to the side of the covered patio, we constructed a fire pit that brings a cozy, inviting element to their backyard. The fire pit is designed to provide warmth and ambiance, making it the perfect spot for evening gatherings and relaxation. With these main elements complete, we put the finishing touches on this project with new fencing, small landscape beds along it, and outdoor lighting to illuminate the entire outdoor space.
